Het werkt zoals het hoort te werken. Ik doe het meestal door een smoothie of joghurt ofzo, je proeft het eigenlijk niet dan. Iets kleiner zakje of een potje zou denk ik iets handiger zijn. Verder prima spul. Het is wel fijn dat het in een poeder is omdat je dan zelf kunt kiezen hoeveel en ik neem deze altijd een beetje naar behoefte (soms wat meer soms wat minder).

Ik kan niet uitsluiten dat er iets anders aan de hand is MAAR vanaf de dag dat ik begon met taurine gingen m'n workouts aanzienlijk beter dwz makkelijk tot "muscle failure" en dat is nu al 2 weken zo. Of dat aan de taurine ligt zal ik pas zeker weten (of niet ha ha) als ik er mee stop...maar daar ben ik nog lang niet.
