Grote pillen

De pillen zijn behoorlijk groot. Doormidden bijten kan natuurlijk maar smaak kan beter. Maar ja je neemt geen vitamine voor de smaak. En pillen innemen is gen probleem als je het met ander voedsel inneemt. Voedsel goed kauwen en voordat je het vermalen voedsel doorslikt mond open pil erbij en slikken.

Ik merk dat ik van deze vorm van vitamine C minder neem dan van de gewone vitamine C (ascorbinezuur). Helaas zijn de pillen nogal groot en hoekig. Ik heb meestal niet zo'n moeite met pillen doorslikken maar deze zijn niet prettig. Ondanks dat zeker 5 sterren.
