Dit was een tip van mijn vader. Inmiddels ben ik begonnen aan mijn derde potje. Ik slik dit supplement preventief en daar voel ik mij heel goed bij. Ik combineer dit met gezonde voeding (verse groentes en vers fruit), voldoende hydratatie en beweging.
