You can even enjoy before bed as a late snack or batch cook for high-protein boosts when you’re on-the-go. Rich in vitamins and minerals, high in fibre and low in sugar, teff mix includes quinoa, amaranth, oats and millet.
To make five pancakes, mix 125g with an egg and 250ml of milk. Mix into a smooth batter, leave for 10 min and mix again. Bake the pancakes in a greased pan.
