het effect van Butea superba (kwao krua) is duidelijk merkbaar al vrij snel en reeds met een dosis van 1 capsule per dag

ik ervaar dit supplement vooralsnog als een aangenaam alternatief voor tongkat ali dat ook een goede booster is maar helaas ook laxerend werkt en waarbij ik (evenals met ginseng ) steevast slaapproblemen krijg na inname 's avonds
