K2 is heel belangrijk om calcium goed op te kunnen nemen op plekken waar het moet zijn, dus in je botten, in plaats van waar het niet moet zijn, bijvoorbeeld in je aderen (aderverkalking) Vitamine K2 is anders dan K1, K1 helpt bij bloedstolling, K2 bij het transporteren van calcium in de botten. Wij gebruiken dit op aanraden van de diëtiste. Het bevalt prima maar het potje is te groot of de inhoud te weinig. In plaats van 30 stuks passen er wel 120 in. Minder plastic afval en minder transportkosten doordat je vaker besteld.
