Beste met melk

Dit is mijn tweede ervaring met proteïnedrank, deze is tot nu toe veruit de beste. Toch moet ik ook bij deze steeds wennen aan het drinken er van. De smaak is voor mij niet persé echt mars, maar wel een snoepbar, waardoor het voor 's ochtends voor mij niet 100% ideaal is (wel beter dan de andere die ik probeerde). Met water vind ik het niet te drinken, met melk is het een pak beter! Aanrader dus met melk ipv water. Voor mij is de proportie 250ml melk - 35 gr poeder iets te veel, ik doe iets minder poeder om de smaak wat te 'verzachten'. Maar wel een aanrader qua smaak. Mengt ook best goed.
