Versatile, high protein, low-carb product

I love these flakes, they are so versatile! Great way to add protein to a dish, & they have a lower carb content than normal oats. They don’t absorb & expand like normal oat flakes but I add them to a breakfast bowl with chia & flaxseed. They’re also lovely oven toasted with nuts & seeds to make a homemade granola. Or great to make as a baked fruit crumble topping. Not overpriced product either for the amount you get!

This is an extremely versatile cheap product that can be added to almost anything. Simple and easy way of booting the protein content of a meal. Personally I mix it into my home made granola increasing it to > 30% protein making a great start to the day thing or for when I have a snack between meals. Knocks the spots off anything in the shops. Plus my kids like it too. Happy Days

Conoscevo già i fiocchi di soia, mi piacciono moltissimo. Hanno un gusto di frutta secca, un po’ di nocciola e più li mastichi più esce il gusto. Ho anche provato a tostarli un po’ in una padella antiaderente. Eccezionali. Puoi usarli sia a colazione con yogurt o altro ma anche aggiungerli a preparazioni salate. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Het was even uitzoeken hoe en wanneer deze te gebruiken, maar nu kan ik niet meer zonder! Vermalen, grof of fijn, te gebruiken, in mueslibars bijvoorbeeld of als topping voor smoothiebowls. Ik vermaal ze graag samen met hennepzaad en cacaonibs en dip schijfjes (bevroren) banaan eerst in Tahin of pinda pasta, en daarna in het mixje. Heerlijk! Verder gooi ik het door mijn soep en in mijn vegan gerechten. Ze zetten dan wat uit, maar de bite blijft aanwezig. Ik vind de (hartige) smaak zó lekker, dat ik ze ook als snack (uit het vuistje of door een zelfgemaakte mix met rauwe noten ed)
