Adam’s bread is high in protein, high in fibre and low in sugar – perfect for any diet, nutrition goal or training programme. You can even add your own extras such as coconut, olives or nuts. Be creative and get baking! Available in two variations; dark and light.
Mix a single bag of mixture with 230ml of hand warm water and knead for 2 minutes into a dough. Place dough into a greased tin and cover with a cloth. Leave in a warm place to rise for 45 min. Brush the surface with water and bake at 180°C for approx. 40 min.
