Description

Pre-Workout Shots give you the same powerful ingredients as our scoop-based pre-workout, minus the scoops, shaker and powder.

One 100 ml bottle contains 4,000 mg L-citrulline, 2,000 mg beta-alanine, 150 mg caffeine and 65 mg Brainberry® (a Body&Fit trademark ingredient), topped up with vitamin B6 and B12, among others. Shake, drink, and you're switched on twenty minutes later. Because each bottle holds two shots, you decide how hard you go: half for a solid session, the whole bottle when you really mean it. It fits in your gym bag, coat pocket or bottle holder and doesn't need to be chilled. And it tastes great too.

What makes this shot different is the mental side of the formula.

It contains our exclusive Brainberry®, a natural Aronia berry extract developed at Maastricht University, which Body&Fit is the only brand in the Netherlands licensed to use. It's complemented by 250 mg disodium uridine-5-monophosphate, a building block that occurs naturally in your body and completes the mental part of the formula. Finally, vitamin B6 and B12 help reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Recommended Use
