Ghost Hydration is a powerful hydration formula, designed for sports but also suitable for daily use. These hydration sticks support your body on both training and rest days. Each serving contains 1500 mg Taurine, 500 mg Aquamin™, 195 mg PureWay-C™, and 375 mg potassium per serving. Thanks to the addition of magnesium and vitamin C, it helps provide extra energy when feeling fatigued.

Recommended Use

Mix each scoop (serving) of Ghost Hydration with 300–400 ml of water or beverage of choice. Vary amount of liquid to taste. Consume during or after exercise on training days or throughout the day as an electrolyte thirst quencher.
