We extract NutriWhey directly from fresh Dutch milk, so it contains significantly more essential amino acids than regular whey. This tub is filled by weight, not by volume. Because we don't use unnecessary fillers, the powder is naturally lighter. The result is a tub with less volume but a purer, and therefore higher-quality, product.
The higher quality is reflected in the unique amino acid profile. Per 35 gram shake, you get around 7.6 grams of BCAAs. These three amino acids (leucine, isoleucine, and valine) are essential and must therefore be obtained through diet. Mix 35–70 g (1 or 2 scoops) with 250–500 ml of water.
Shake well for at least 10 seconds.
