  • Frozen banana - 1 banana
  • Blueberries - 75 g
  • Coconut water (or almond milk)- 250 ml
  • Açai powder - 1 tbsp
  • Hemp or linseed- 1 tsp

The acai berry is a super popular berry from Brazil and a real superfood! Great to make a healthy açai bowl or smoothie with.

Preparation method

  1. Cut the frozen banana into pieces and put it in the blender.
  2. Add the blueberries, coconut water, acai powder and hemp seeds.
  3. Blend into a smooth, creamy smoothie and serve in a glass with a straw.
