Of het zijn werking echt doet kan ik niet met 100% zekerheid zeggen maar ik neem nu voor de eerste keer twee weken elke morgen voor het eten 1 capsule zoals aangegeven op de verpakking en ik heb het gevoel dat ik minder gestresseerd ben dan voorheen. Ik heb nog geen negatieve bijwerkingen ondervonden en ga eens proberen om voor het slapen gaan een tweede pilletje te nemen zoals men hier in de beschrijving aanbeveelt.
