Recommended Use
Mix 3 scoops of Jack3d (21 g) with 300-500 ml of cold water and consume 30-45 minutes before training. Beginners should assess tolerance with 1 scoop. Experienced users may use up to 3 scoops daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
