"I'm trying this product after a minor muscle surgery so that I can have more support with my joints, and also a recent wrist rotation limitation detected. I've been taking it for less than two weeks, and I do feel less pain, or better said, more reach when stretching without the painful feeling given my current post-op and recovery phase. I will try this for at least 3 months to have a fully objective opinion, but so far, I'm happy. It's a lot of pills in an individual pouch, and that makes it super easy to take it everywhere and take them after lunch (in my case), lots of water, and no stomach issues at all."
