"I'm trying this product after a minor muscle surgery so that I can have more support with my joints, and also a recent wrist rotation limitation detected. I've been taking it for less than two weeks, and I do feel less pain, or better said, more reach when stretching without the painful feeling given my current post-op and recovery phase.
