"I've been using this Magnesium Citrate for a few weeks now and I’m satisfied with the results. It has definitely helped with my post-workout muscle recovery and overall sleep quality. The capsules are easy to swallow and there’s no unnecessary aftertaste. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 because some of the capsules in the bottle appeared slightly damaged or poorly finished. Fortunately, the content itself seems fine and it hasn't affected the performance, but the quality control on the packaging could be better. Overall, it's still a solid product for the price."
