"Je n'ai jamais reçu ma commande BF1304197 passée le 14 février sur votre site d'un montant de 58,03 €. Celle-ci est indiquée livrée le 18 février, sauf que je ne trouve pas ma commande au point de retrait que j'ai choisie : O'GARDEN, 43 AVENUE DU PRESIDENT POMPIDOU RUEIL MALMAISON 92500. De plus, et vous pouvez le vérifier très facilement, ce point de retrait est fermé les mercredis. Comment donc ma commande a pu être livrée mercredi 18/02 ?! J'ai doublement vérifié auprès de la boutique O'GARDEN qui est le point retrait, ils m'ont bien confirmé qu'ils étaient fermés mercredi 18/02 et qu'ils ne trouvaient aucun signe de ma commande. Je vous ai fait un premier mail le 20 février, suivi d'une relance le 27 février, mais je n'ai pas eu de retour. J'attends toujours une réponse de votre part et surtout que puissiez régulariser la situation. C'est vraiment dommage car je suis sportif chevronné et et j'achète régulièrement des compléments alimentaires. De plus j'ai trouvé vos produits intéressants. . . Mais je suis extrêmement déçu et frustré d'avoir payé mais de n'avoir pas reçu ma commande, et surtout contrarié de ne pas avoir de réponse de votre part."
