Raises carnosine levels to prepare you for training

When using beta-alanine you need to consume 3–5g per day to increase muscle carnosine content. If you would like to avoid the tingling sensation of beta-alanine - known as paresthesia –instead take 1g four times per day to raise carnosine levels without the side effects.

Recommended Use

Mix 1/2 scoop Beta-Alanine Pure (2,5 grams) with approx. 250 ml of water, juice or sports drink.

Workout days: 1 serving in the morning, 1 serving 30-45 minutes before training.

Non-workout days: 1 serving in the morning.

Suggested Use
