Up to 16 grams of protein and 10 grams of fibre per bar, wrapped in two or three delicious layers, with real chocolate and a soft centre. This bar shows you don't have to compromise on anything when the foundation is right. The fibre comes from chicory root fibre, which - unlike regular fibre - serves as food for the good bacteria in your gut. The perfect snack for on the go, at work, after training, or simply whenever you're hungry.
What makes this bar different from most protein bars is that the protein content doesn't come at the expense of everything else. 10 grams of fibre per bar is exceptional, and it comes from chicory root fibre: a natural, soluble fibre from the root of the chicory plant. What makes chicory fibre special is that it isn't digested in the small intestine, but arrives undigested in the large intestine, where it serves as food for the bacteria that live there. That makes it a smarter fibre than the regular fibre found in most bars, and it also contributes to the soft, creamy texture. The protein comes from three sources: milk protein, collagen hydrolysate and pea protein isolate, which together provide a high protein content without making the bar dry or chewy. The sweetness comes from stevia and natural flavourings: fitting for a bar that relies on natural ingredients from start to finish.

"Je viens d'acheter 48 barres au gout caramel cacahuetes car rupture des chocolate cookies et je suis déçu de la texture caoutchouteuse. de plus, livraison j'ai reçu les barres le 7 avril et elles ont une date limite de consommation au 5 juin, soit dans 2 mois. Je suis très mécontent!!!!!!"

"Echt een grote teleurstelling. Vroeger waren de clean protein bars van Body & Fit echt heel erg lekker. Dat is nu niet meer zo. Ze smaken ontzettend chemisch en het lijkt bijna wel alsof je kauwgom zit te eten. Ik vind ze zo onsmakelijk dat ik de doos heb weggegooid. De chocolade smaak is overigens wat beter, maar echt niet meer wat het vroeger is geweest. Wel goeie macro's!"
