Recommended Use
Take 1 tablet per day with a glass of water. To assess individual tolerance take 1/2 tablet with a glass of water by breaking a tablet in half. Take 1-2 servings per day.
Do not exceed 1 tablet every 4-6 hours and do not exceed 2 tablets per day.
Storage Advice
