Description

Ghost Intra is specially formulated to support your hydration needs with a powerful mix of ingredients. The Ghost EAA blend delivers 6 grams of BCAAs (in a 2:1:1 ratio) combined with 3 grams of EAAs. It also features a special blend with effective doses of taurine, Himalayan salt, KSM66® Ashwagandha, and Cognizin® Citicoline.

Recommended Use

Mix each scoop (1 serving) of Ghost® Intra with 450-550 ml of water or beverage of choice. Vary amount of liquid to taste. Consume duing or after excersise on training days or troughout the day as desired.
