"Casein de bon rapport qualité prix. Top pour faire un shaker avec casein et whey pour avoir des protéines avec différentes vitesse d'absoprtion , ou pour un shake du soir. Comme toutes les casein elle est épaisse une fois mélangée avec de l'eau mais vraiment pas la plus épaisse que j'ai mangé. Le gout chocolat et vanille sont top."
