Ingredients

Craving cookie dough you can eat straight from the bowl with a spoon? This protein cookie dough is ready in 5 minutes, with no oven and no egg. One bowl provides around 40g of protein and 410 kcal. The base is fat-free quark with Perfection Whey, Ultra Fine Oats and Almond Flour, while our new Choco Drops bring the real chocolate chip taste, with no added sugar.

Perfect as a dessert, a post-workout snack or whenever you fancy something sweet. Because enjoying your food & hitting your goals go hand in hand.

EDIBLE COOKIE DOUGH RECIPE: METHOD

  1. Spoon the fat-free quark into a bowl and stir in the Perfection Whey Vanilla until smooth and lump free.
  2. Add the Ultra Fine Oats, Almond Flour and a pinch of salt.
  3. Stir in the Natural Peanut Butter until you have a thick, creamy dough. Too thick? Add a splash of milk.
  4. Taste and add a little sweetener or a teaspoon of Flavour Powder Vanilla if you like it sweeter.
  5. Fold in most of the Choco Drops and sprinkle the rest on top.
  6. Eat straight away, or chill for 15 minutes for a firmer cookie dough.

TIPS FOR THE PERFECT HEALTHY COOKIE DOUGH

  • Use fat-free quark or skyr: they are thick enough and provide the most protein.
  • Stir the whey into the quark first and only then add the flour. This prevents lumps.
  • Almond Flour gives the typical, slightly grainy texture of cookie dough and provides 21g of protein per 100g.
  • Want to be extra sure about raw flour? Heat the oats and almond flour in the microwave for 30 to 60 seconds and let them cool before using.

COMMON MISTAKES (AND HOW TO AVOID THEM)

  • Using runny yoghurt: the dough turns too liquid. Choose fat-free quark or skyr.
  • Too much protein powder: it makes the dough dry and sticky. Stick to the ratios in this recipe.
  • Stirring in all the Choco Drops: keep a few for the top, for that real cookie dough look.
