Ingredients

Recommended Use

For 1 loaf of bread, mix 250 grams Protein Bread Mix with 210 ml lukewarm water (30°C) using a mixer with dough hooks at high speed for 6 min. to form a cohesive dough.

Shape the dough into a loaf and place in a baking tin. Allow the dough to rise for 45-60 minutes until doubled in volume.

Preheat the oven to 190°C (top/bottom heat).

Bake the bread for 60 min. *You can also bake the bread in a bread machine.

Storage Advice

After opening close tightly. Store in a cool and dry place. For batch code/best before end: see packaging.

Suggested Use

Mix 250g with 210ml of warm water. Mix on high speed with a stand-up mixer or hand mixer with dough hook for 6 minutes. Form the dough into a loaf shake and place in a bread pan. Let the dough set for 45-60 minutes until the volume approximately doubles. Bake the break for about 60 minutes
