Recommended Use
For 1 loaf of bread, mix 250 grams Protein Bread Mix with 210 ml lukewarm water (30°C) using a mixer with dough hooks at high speed for 6 min. to form a cohesive dough.
Shape the dough into a loaf and place in a baking tin. Allow the dough to rise for 45-60 minutes until doubled in volume.
Preheat the oven to 190°C (top/bottom heat).
Bake the bread for 60 min. *You can also bake the bread in a bread machine.
Storage Advice
After opening close tightly. Store in a cool and dry place. For batch code/best before end: see packaging.
