Door lactose intoleratie kan ik (zonder lactase enzymen) geen whey shakes verdragen. Dit is een ideale optie. De smaak van vanille is prima, mengt goed (eerst water of melk en dan poeder, niet andersom) en het zanderig zijn van deze shake herken ik persoonlijk niet.
