Hoewel ik het niet lekker tot vies vind is het wel goed te verwerken in o.a. omelet of pannenkoek, geen last van mn darmen zoals ik dat bij sommige shakes wel hebben kan, de spiergroei, en daarmee blijk van opname is ook aanzienlijk.

Ik wilde graag afwisseling met wei-proteïne en geen toevoegingen (smaakstoffen, zoetstoffen, etc.), maar deze naturel rice protein is niet te doen. Het smaakt naar karton, ik krijg er een droge mond van en het mengt niet lekker. Kortom: niet kopen.
