Twee keer per dag één schep tussen de maaltijden door en je bent al ruim 1000 calorieën in de juiste verhouding verder. Ik zie echt veel resultaat en dat motiveert ook echt om hard door te trainen. Lost verder overigens heel goed op, ook in een shakebeker, de smaak is prima en het is makkelijk te drinken.
