The carbohydrate blend includes maltodextrin, a polysaccharide, glucose and isomaltulose so is fast-acting and helps the recovery of normal muscle function post-exercise. Make sure your carbohydrate intake is 4g of carbohydrate per kg of your body weight during the four to six hours after exercise to benefit.

Suggested Use

Goût ananas excellent, poudre très soluble, les vitamines et minéraux me sembles bien être assimilées. Seul bémol, je trouve que le produit fait monter l'acidité dans l'estomac, mais une pincée de bicarbonate et le problème est réglé. Peut aussi rendre le C4 meilleur
