Recommended Use

Take one sachet daily.

Take in the morning before breakfast with water: 24hr Fatburn Day tablet (yellow), Multivitamin A-Z tablet (red), Vitamin D3 tablet (green), Omega-3 softgel (gold), Green Tea capsule (white).

Take before bedtime with water: 24hr Fatburn Night tablet (brown).
