For the first time in a long time I am seeing result from my cardio and strength training. I feel like it is definitely in part due to this supplement. The only problem I have is the burning sensation I sometimes get when taking the stack first thing in the morning (i.e caffeine on an empty stomach). But this doesn't always happen and is generally quite mild and non-irritating. A good product that is a good support for a good nutrition and exercise regimen.
