1. How do I place an order at Body & Fit?

Ordering at Body & Fit is very simple! When you have made a choice and know which products you want to order, simply add them to the shopping cart by pressing the order button. After you have pressed the order button, at the upper right side of the screen you will see the product that has been added to your shopping cart. Then, you can open the cart and complete the order by following the steps in the order process. If you need assistance or product advice we are more than happy to help you! You can contact our Customer Service via e-mail, WhatsApp, chat or telephone.

Please note: after you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Check the order and address details carefully. If something is incorrect, please contact our customer service as soon as possible by telephone or via the chat.

2. When do I pay shipping costs?

This depends on the country where we have to send the order and the weight of the package. For a complete overview of shipping costs view the page shipping and delivery

3. Is it possible to make a business order?

We also have a wholesale website, specially for gyms and companies! As a gym or company you can purchase products via this site at reduced prices. Click here to register for a wholesale account.

Please note: only companies related to the sports nutrition industry such as gyms and sports nutrition stores can register (we do not supply to websites focusing on supplements). All requests are checked against the details listed with the Chamber of Commerce. Once we have received the request we will process this as quickly as possible

4. I want to register for the Body & Fit Newsletter. What should I do now?

It’s great that you want to register for the Body & Fit Newsletter! When you sign up for the newsletter, you will stay up to date about offers, discounts and all of our best deals.

Go to the bottom right of the homepage. You can sign up for the Body & Fit newsletter there.

5. I would like to view my order history. How does this work?

In order to view your order history, you must have an account. Once logged in you can view your personal details under "My account". If you click on this you will arrive at your profile, here you can view your order history.

6. How do I get a discount code?

Getting a discount code at Body & Fit is very easy and makes placing an order even more fun! Make sure you follow us! We always inform you when we issue a discount code.

We issue discount codes in the following ways:

  • Subscribe to our newsletter. We will inform you every week about our promotions, special offers and other interesting discounts.
  • Follow us on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. We regularly place messages which contain a discount code that you can redeem on the website.
  • As a registered customer, when you have placed an order with us, we can invite you to place a review about the ordered products. As soon as your review is approved, you will receive a discount code to the value of 2.5% by email.

7. My package is at the pick-up location, do I have to bring anything?

To be able to collect your package, you need a valid proof of ID and the barcode of your order to collect your package.

8. When do I receive a gift with my order?

You can select a gift with orders starting from £35
Place an order over £60 and receive even more gifts!

9. I have been invited to write a review about one of your products. How does this work?

The reviews alongside our products are written by our customers. These reviews assist us in improving our products and service and are convenient for customers that are also interested in the product

When a customer submits a review, our web team checks this according to laws and regulation. If you write a review, we will ask you not to state the below information. If you do, unfortunately your review will not be approved.

“In connection to claim legislation and the control of this by the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority, it is no longer permitted to place health claims and/or medical claims, concerning B&F products on our site. Reviews such as “I have been cured of….” or “I lost 5 kilos in one week using product x” etc. can no longer be placed. We apologize for any inconvenience

If your review is published, it can take 2-3 days before you receive the discount code by e-mail.
