Recommended Use
Full serving - For 30g protein, add 2 level scoops of powder (40g) to 250ml of ice-cold water or milk of your choice and shake.
Half serving - For 15 g protein, add 1 level scoop of powder (20 g) to 125 ml ice-cold water or milk of your choice and shake.
Use post-workout, or throughout the day. Mix in a shaker of blender. Don't exceed the recommended daily dose of two servings (2 x 40g).
