Recommended Use
For about 3 pizzas of 150 grams: mix 4 scoops of Protein Pizza Mix (250 grams) with 30 ml oil and 200 ml water into a cohesive dough. Allow the dough to rise for about 10 min. Divide the dough into balls weighing approx. 150-180 grams. Cover with a towel and let rest for another 10 min. Then roll out the balls of dough to 2-3 mm and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Prick the dough with a fork to prevent large bubbles and keep the dough flat. Allow the dough to rest for 15 min. before topping the pizza with your favourite topping. Bake the pizzas for approx. 16-20 min. in a preheated oven at 180-200 °C.
