Ik gebruik dit supplement nu ruim 3 maanden. Ik nam het op advies van een vriend die ook veel fitnesst, omdat hij er baat bij dacht te hebben. Ik had altijd erg veel last van vermoeidheid en ben daarvoor verschillende keren naar de huisarts en ziekenhuis geweest, maar zonder antwoorden. Ik heb het idee dat het een stuk minder is sinds ik dit supplement slik! Ik vermoed en hoop dat ik dus (gewoon) een magnesiumtekort had. Een aanrader dus!

So wie oben geschrieben, ist es meine erste Rezension, weil die Vitaminen einfach unglaublich guten Effekt geben und man fühlt direkt nach paar Tagen das es wirkt. Die Kapseln sind sehr groß aber an sich einfach zu schlucken.
