Aanbevolen gebruik

Meng ½ tot 1 schep in 10–12oz (296–355 ml) water. Neem 30 minuten vóór de training.

"The product arrived all lumpy. It makes a big piece because it sticks all together which makes it difficult to use. . . About the effects, I am a bit mixed feelings. It's nothing compare to the boost I had with the BF pump. I can handle a good gym session but I don't feel super energised. It's way more in the background with this one. I'm missing a bit more boost. Tastes wise, we tried the sour gummy bear version. It is nothing special. . . Not good, not bad. I appreciate that this is without caffeine though.
