Suggested Use

The most important thing with Multi Vitamins is the SYNERGY between the ingredients. This means the balance of the amount of one vitamin in relation to another. If a Multivitamin contains too much of one vitamin the body has to get rid of it. This results in either spots or even diorhea. Too much vitamin C for example causes this. Multi Men vits seem to me to be perfectly balanced and contains all the essential ingredients needed for a healthy lifestyle, particularly for sporty people. I recommend them 100%. Geoff Smiles
