1 maand deze ZMA genomen en last beginnen krijgen van mijn darmen. Hier zit nog het toevoegsel E 171 titaniumdioxide in wat schadelijk is voor je darmwand! Is normaal gezien verboden sinds vorig jaar in Europese unie.
