Pour le moment pas trop de changement mais c est normal pas encore assez de temps faut un minimum pour ressentir réellement j attend la fin du premier mois pour voir si il y a un changement notoire

Je n'ai pas encore assez de recul pour donner une opinion définitive , mais ce probiotique a l'air de donner de bons résultats au niveau du transit et digestion en tous cas . A confirmer dans la durée .
