Goede multivitamine met veel verschillende vitamines en mineralen. Makkelijk in 1 tablet ipv 5 verschillende. Dat maakt wel dat ze heel groot zijn en dus niet voor de ongeoefende tablettenslikker...

Deze vitamines zijn echt optimaal voor je dagelijkse benodigdheden. Bijna alles wat je nodig hebt dit in deze vitaminepil. Enige toevoeging wat ik nog zelf neem is Omega 3 en Magnesium. Top product die ik al meerdere keren heb besteld en zeker vaker ga bestellen. Zou dit graag in een grotere variant willen zien :)
