Started drinking the black current daily during my workouts and within a week I've already seen a major improvement in performance and recover. Mixes really well and the blackcurrant flavour is actually tasty. I add a few cubes of ice to the shaker and it's really refreshing during a workout. Probably the only supplement I look forward to drinking.
