1 medium banana⁠
1 scoop of Whey Essential Vanilla⁠
1 medium egg⁠
5g of Smart Chocolate
5g of baking powder (optional but will make it more airy)⁠
15g of Whey Choco
Smart Cooking Spray

Cake for breakfast? Yes, please! This high-protein breakfast cake has 35g of protein and is packed with flavour! Super quick, easy to make and perfect with a cup of coffee before you start your day. 

  1. Mash the banana and add the Whey Essential, an egg, Smart Chocolate and baking powder.

  2. Give it a good mix until combined.⁠

  3. Spray your cooking tin, pour the cake into the form and place it in the microwave at 600W for 2-3 minutes. If needed, cook it for another minute until it has a cake texture.⁠

  4. Let it cool down and drizzle it with Whey Choco⁠
