If you want to serve a dessert that looks impressive but is actually super easy to make, we’ve got the perfect recipe. Our Cappuccino Protein Mousse takes minutes to make and tastes fantastic.
- Remove the peel and stone from the avocado and peel the bananas. Put the avocado and bananas, together with the cocoa powder, pinch of salt, vegetable milk and honey in a food processor and blend until you have a smooth consistency.
- Put the Greek yogurt in a bowl with the Whey Perfection Cappuccino and whisk together. Cover and put in the fridge, along with the chocolate mousse.
- Chop the Whey Protein Balls and set aside.
- Take the chocolate and cappuccino mousses from the fridge and start filling the glasses, starting with a layer of cappuccino mousse.
- Then put a layer of chocolate mousse on top.
- This is followed by a layer of chopped Whey Protein Balls and another layer of cappuccino mousse.
- Top with Smart Chocolate, Pure Peanut Pieces and the chopped Whey Protein Balls.
