Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
  2. Mix the spelt flour, almond flour, sugar, spices, Whey Isolate Crispy, egg white and salt together in a bowl.
  3. Make the coconut oil liquid by briefly heating it in a pan.
  4. Add the coconut oil to the flour in the bowl.
  5. Then add the milk and knead it into a large ball.
  6. Make small/ little balls and press them flat on the baking tray.
  7. Bake the gingerbread cookies in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
