Heel tevreden met deze weighted band! Voorheen altijd gewichten gehad gevuld met zand, maar die gingen snel stuk en verloren hun inhoud. Dat kan hier niet gebeuren. Sluit minder fijn om je pols/ enkel dan sommige andere gewichten die ik heb gehad maar het is niet onprettig. Al met al dik tevreden!
