Doet absoluut wat het moet doen, werking is merkbaar in zowel spiermassa opbouw als de meer typische lichamelijke reacties (meer haargroei e.d.)... Maar het poeder is redelijk slecht oplosbaar (sorry, maar de suggestie op de verpakking van een maatschep in 200ml vruchtensap is waardeloos tenzij het héél vezelrijk en dik vruchtensap is) en werkt vooral goed in dikke shakes (niet mijn ding) of een bakje kwark of yoghurt.
