2. Copy your invite link
3. Share your link with your friends
4. Track the statuses of your referees on your Referral Dashboard
5. After a successful referral, your £10 will be made available on your Referral Dashboard

CAN MY FRIEND USE MY LINK IF THEY HAVE SHOPPED WITH BODY&FIT BEFORE?

Friends who have not shopped with us for 12 months are eligible, and friends who are completely new to Body&Fit.

WHEN CAN I CLAIM MY REWARD?

The reward will be made available once the referee has completed a successful order over the £40 threshold and that the 14 day returns window has passed.

WHY DOES MY DISCOUNT DISAPPEAR ON THE PAYMENT PAGE?

Make sure you checkout using the email address where you received the link.

MY REFEREE’S ORDER HAS PASSED THE RETURN PERIOD BUT MY VOUCHER CODE WON’T REDEEM IN MY BASKET

In order to redeem your voucher code your basket must meet a minimum of £40 (excluding delivery costs). The voucher code for the referee or the referrer has 3 months to redeem the code or else it will expire.

I'VE BEEN SENT A REFERRAL INVITE LINK - WHAT NOW?

1. Click it. You’ll be taken to a page where you’re asked to either sign up or log in. By doing this we can confirm your eligibility
2. After this we’ll send you an email (remember to check spam too) to confirm whether you’re eligible or not. If you are, your email will contain your £10 discount code
3. Head to the Body&Fit website, log in and SHOP
4. Fill your basket until you have a final value of over £40 (excluding shipping costs)
5. Enter your £10 discount code BEFORE YOU PROCEEED TO CHECKOUT
6. Check your balance before paying to ensure the code has worked

Remember: The code won’t work with any other deals OR if your total to pay is less than £40+.
Your shipping costs are not included in the total.

HOW MUCH DISCOUNT WILL THE REFERRER AND REFEREE RECEIVE?

Each person will receive £10 after meeting their respective eligibility terms.
Eg. The referrer must wait until the 14 day returns window has passed.
The referee must be a new customer/not shopped for 12 months and have a basket exceeding £40 (excluding shipping costs).

WHEN AND WHERE WILL I GET MY DISCOUNT CODE?

You’ll receive your £10 discount code via email. This happens after you have clicked your friend's referral invite link, created an account/logged in and we have verified your eligibility. If you are eligible your code will be emailed to you at the address you signed up with (remember to check your spam).
