Muscle Protect concentre 4,8g de BCAA en une seule dose, ce qui rend ce produit très concentré en acides aminés à chaîne ramifiée. Des acides aminés spécifiques constituant 30 % des acides aminés présents dans les muscles. Cette boisson polyvalente est également enrichie en électrolytes. Gebruik en dosering

Mélangez 1 dose grâce à la cuillère doseuse incluse avec 200 ml d'eau. Secouez et buvez la solution progressivement pendant l'effort ou après. Prendre 1 dose par jour, et ne pas dépasser la dose journalière recommandée. Dans un cadre non sportif, il est conseillé de prendre 1 dose directement au lever.

I take it while working out and it is a tasty drink. I am still unsure of the real effects. I was dieting for weight loss on a high protein, low carb, low fat diet and even when taking this product I was loosing an important amount of muscle. Still, I make use of it.
