Definitely recommend this product. Tastes good.

i took the cola taste, i highly suggest to use BCAA during your workout or after it(especially if your muscles are in pain from time to time or if you pushing yourself way too hard), the cola taste also have some kind of a lime in it, so it tastes like cola with lime, i personally think that a single serving per 300ml is way too concentrated, so i suggest to use 350~400ml instead for the most pleasant taste

Ik ben een andere BCAA gewoon van een ander merk. Deze is zodanig geconcentreerd dat je maar 1 schepje van het product nodig hebt tov 2 van deze. Ook zou ik mijn product zo maken dat ik in hetzelfde gamma (BCAA, Creatine, pre-work out ...) maar 1 schep nodig heb met dezelfde schep. Ik heb voor de verandering de producten van Optimum Nutrition eens genomen en voor elk product heb ik een ander schepje nodig en een andere hoeveelheid, dit is omslachtig. Verder krijg ik ook lichte buikpijn hiervan wat vervelend is tijdens de training. Geen idee of ik hier gevoelig op reageer of ze met weinig maag-darm sparende producten werken.

Out of the 4, this one and the Apple Pear are my absolute favourites. I mix 2 scoops with 900ml of water and like it much better that way. I prefer when the BCAA is more diluted.
