How to get involved

  1. Join our community on instagram @bodyandfit_official to be constantly updated on the weekly challenges.
  2. Head to this week's challenge post on our feed and tag at least one friend in comment that needs extra motivation. Friends that train together, stay together.
  3. Be part of the movement and share a post of yourself completing the challenge.
  4. Tag @bodyandfit_official and use #bethemovement and #igniteyourfit
  5. Every Monday, we will pick a winner out of the most creative posts and every week you get a new chance to win big. We'll announce a new challenge for the week to come.
